1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by C&C Limousines, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Booking and Cancellations
All bookings require a deposit to secure the reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any behavior that endangers the safety of the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle will result in immediate termination of the service without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
4. Damages
The individual who makes the booking is responsible for any physical damage to the vehicle interior or exterior caused by them or their party during the service. A cleaning fee may be assessed for excessive messes or spills.
5. Liability
C&C Limousines is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. We are not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
